PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR PROOF OF (DOUBLE) COVID VACCINE

and corresponding ID (driver’s license, or some other document with a photo) to present to the staff upon
entering Dom Polski Hall. You will not be permitted inside the venue without these documents.
Please make sure to bring a mask! We will not be providing masks. Masks must be worn inside the
venue unless you are seated at your table, or eating or drinking. Please make sure that you always
wear your mask when going to the bar to get a drink or the bathroom.
