Brief History and Mission Statement
Polish Canadian Woman’s Federation was founded by Jadwiga Dobrucka in 1956 in order to organize women of Polish origin for the purpose of preserving Polish cultural values, making positive contributions to Canadian society, protecting and responding to women and family issues. We work toward upholding our Polish culture while helping new immigrants integrate into the Canadian culture.
